On Saturday, 11th July'09, we went to the NE Show! [P5's only lahh]. I assembled in the school hall and I think I was the latest... -.- Sobb.. First time I experience the school on aircon in the hall (: Soooooo cooling. Before that I saw Aunty Yann Yann near the security guard and she took m temperature. Healthy (: 36.6. Forgot my Nike Bottle . Left it in the car. So, let it pass because plastic bottles will be providede But my mom really gave me the bottle. Haha. Aunty Yann yann passed me the bottle in the hall (: Thanks.

Those people that didn't bring bags were super lucky.. -.- the ''goodie"bags provided are those slingebags looking like crumplers bags. But of course, no brand lahh! . But nice though. Jie Yi and I sat in the bus struggling with 2 Bags and a McDonald box with Burger and Apple Pie ?? Yucks.. 0% Fan of Fast food. The taste bad. -.- No offence :X Only like Chicken Wing (: Crispiness melts in my mouth.. OKAY, Back to the NEP! After that, we reach already, we walked for a long time as there was a terrible Human jam there.. -.- St.Nick's girls are very irritating. Kept screaming during the gunshots and etc. That time Tzi Yong wanted to go to the toilet and accidentaly stepped on one of the spoilt brats' balloon Burst. Round of an applause please. She went to complain.. -.- Super teh lahh. Wanna slap her that kind sia. -.- Irritating!!

After that when the ceremony was ABOUT to end, raiindrops.. -.- Hate it at first but I soon got used to the rain. It was very fun sia. That time<,I was still holding the McDonald's box with the Burger in it. As the rain was like tumbling on the box, the paper was going to tear lahh, So, Kind Jie Yi took out her plastic bag and let me dump the thrash. (: I thought she told me to just THROW it in , so I threw it in. And I missed the shot. So, the whole burger dropped on the floor with the torn paper.. AARON was laughing like a maniac whereas I was using every ounce of my energy to bend as I was struggling with 2 bags and a pathetic raincoat.

A lady was gasping for breath back at the shelter. We kept squeezing like crazy. We stayed in the shelter for so long and finaly got out lahH! (: okay, end of post. Gonna enjoy my leisure.!

On the first day of Camp which was on a Tuesday, we assembled in our school hall and we were grouped. We were seperated from classmates and we were joined with other school mates. I Was Group 16. My Instructor Was Instructor Kristal. She was very Kind. Once we got sorted out, We Went to the Buses. I Sat Alone.

Once we reached there, We Walked Around The Whole Place and One of my Team mates Said When He Passed By the Canteen,"Oh My Gosh... Is This The Place That We Are Going To Eat In?" He said that Because he Was Shocked At the sight of runned down places. But, We Were Used To it Soon After. After A While, There Was A Speech In The hall and we Left All Our Big bags and Small Bags In The Hall. We Then Proceeded to the Canteen To Have Lunch. Everytime Before Meals, An Instructor Will Ask us To Take Our Food and Then After A Period of time , Say , "Anderson Primary School, Are You Hungry?!" And We All Go "Hungry Hungry, Very Very, Hungry Very , Very Hungry..." So on and So For. It Was very Fun. The Whole p5 Level Fr4oM Adnerson Primary School Were Very Participative. There were about more than 300 Students There.

After Lunch, We Proceeded back To The Hall for Another Speech. This Speech Was Regarding Sentosa. We Had To bring A Small Bag and Put In an Extra T-Shirt Inside. I was Very Excited into Going to Sentosa For the "Amusing Race". We Had To Find Different Places In Sentosa and Were Limited to Only 2 Tram Rides and 1 Bus Ride. I Loved The Times When I Was In The Bus. It Was About 15 Minutes. In The Bus, Jamie Tan, Valerie Kong, Lee Pei Xuan and I Stood On The Steps And Some On The Floors. Suddenly, The Bus Braked. I, Was Standing on The Brink Of The Steps and I Fell. Jamie Accidentaly Pulled me When She Was About To Fall and At The Same Time, Gravity Pulled Me Down. I Fell And I Accidentaly Hit A Man's Leg. I Was Ashamed.. ): At Night, We Played "Kidnapped". Praveen Was "Kidnapped".

On The Second Day, We Played The High Elements. I Started off With The CRC. I Was in the Belay Team. Before It Was my Turn To Go, We Had To Change Stations. We Than Proceeded With Many Other Elements That I Kind of Forgot What I Did. But I remembered That I Was Getting Ready For Flying-Fox. But Sadly, I Did Not Get To Try It. I Felt Sad... ): I Tried The Rock Climbing and I Also tried Some Low Elements. Such As Trying To jump Over The Wall With Team Mates. At Night, We Slept Soundly...

On The Third Day, It Was My Saddest Day. It Was Time To Leave. I Will Still Remember My Instructors.. Instructors Kristal and Joshua... Thank You!

Our teacher, Miss Suzanah told us about Earth Hour. Together with the website she suggested, I got some of the information I wanted.

Earth Hour is an event where people will vote for either Global Warming or Earth.
If you vote for Global Warming, you can continue switching on your lights. But if you vote for Earth, you have to switch off your lights for an hour.

This will help because it saves Electricity. As we are facing an Economy crisis, money is harder to be earned. Thus, we have to try to save as much money as we can... This will really help..

During the March holidays, I had to go to school for two days, Monday and Tuesday. I took the public bus to school. For those pupils that were early, they waited outside the computer lab.

Soon, the class started. Mr. Andy, our IT trainer, coached us on how to use Dreamweaver and Flash. It was very fun.. I Guess... (: During the breaks, we were allowed to stay in the computer lab to play games. Mr.Andy allowed us to play for more than the break time. Natalie, Yan Ni, Jing Xi and I played games that were multi-plsyers.

The same thing happened on Tuesdat t0o.

From Wednesday to Friday, I stayed at home and I slept all I could.. After that , I would eat my lunch before using the computer. I liked the holidays. But, School has re-opened. More stress will be coming along the way.. ):

Fire Safety is very important. Now,I am going to tell you more about Fire Safety.

I once remembered that when I was living in Woodlands, there was a fire break out. It happened when my maid was washing the cooking pot. It went on fire. I guess it was because of the heat.

Sometimes, when you are unaware, many dangerous things may happen in the house. An example is a kettle whistling, or a switch not turned off before plugging it out. So, be aware!

In order to keep a fire break out away, let us take not of these precautions.
1) DO NOT leave any electrical appliances unattended. (E.g. Kettle)
2) Always keep young children or playful children away from fire as it may scald them.

These are the main precautions but there are many more.

So Stay Alert and You Will Be Safe.

This morning, we went for our learning journey to Old Fort Factory and Bukit Chandu. Our Social Studies Teacher, Mrs.Nam, went along with us, telling us all about the places.

First, we went to Old Fort Factory, when we reached there, a female guide warmly welcomed us in to the Old Fort Factory. We went into a theatre and began watching how the Japanese treated the Singaporeans and how many Singaporeans were tortured. It was so cold in the theatre that I nearly started to shiver. What's more, all the dead bodies and cut-off heads made me have goosebumps.

After the show, we saw the statues of Lieutenant-General Arthur Ernest Percival and Lieutenant-General Tomoyuki Yamashita. Amazingly, Old Fort Factory was the place where Percival surrendered to Yamashita. It was the very room that I saw with my eyes. Imagine that what you see infront of you was the very place where Percival surrendered. I was told that the Japanese decided to own this place as it was very high. When we were asked to sit down on the floor again, Mrs. Nam asked the guide if the wedding dress on display was an actual one wore buy a lady. The guide said yes and what made Mrs. Nam ask about the wedding gown was because the middle of the wedding gown was very skinny. We also went into the garden to see all the crops grown by civilians in the past. It was quite scary in the Old Fort Factory..

Next, we went to Bukit Chandu, another place where the war took place. The guide, a male told us everything about the wars that took place back than in 1942. I was told that Japan took over Malaya in 55 days and Singapore in a week. That was very fast... British bombed the bridge linking Malaya to Singapore as they did not want the Japanese to cross the bridge and get to Singapore.

That is about all, I do not want to have another war as it is so scary.
